Nutrition, Medications, and Patient Safety
This week's resources are grouped together by format type. These Web sites contain materials that are designed for patient education. Some are in brochure format, while others are "fact sheets" that are available in PDF or html format. Nutrition Information
and Resource Center
This Web page contains a series of online fact sheets on nutrition and vitamins,
spices and minerals. Several publications deal with the Food Guide Pyramid.
Other sections of the NIRC Web site deal with: nutrition for chronic disease,
fitness and sports nutrition, nutrition through the lifecycle, and nutrition
for those with limited resources. Look for the "online publications"
links in each section.
