Clinical Reference Systems provides thousands of essays, many with images, covering nine major health related subjects including: adult health, behavioral health, cardiology, eye, drug and medication information, pediatric health, senior health, women's health and sports medicine.

You can also print one copy for a patient at a time from these websites. However, most of them are primarily meant as web media and the print version may not be as well designed.

This is the major resource for health information for your patient made available by the National Library of Medicine - contains
interactive tutorials from the Patient Education Institute (X-Plain tutorials) for those patients with low literacy levels.

Healthy Wisconsin People is a Web site that is dedicated to providing access to health information for the people of the state of Wisconsin. There are a number of links to health information in Spanish as well as a link to the Hmong Health Web site. This Web site does not accept paid advertising.

Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Patient Education

Many educational programs in the cardiovascular area deal with topics that involve:
